International Live Events Association Nominates The Wedding Guys®
Esprit Awards in three categories: Best Public Event, Best Print Marketing/Design Collateral andBest Event Design/Décor over $75,000

MINNEAPOLIS, MN (May 2, 2019) – The Wedding Guys®, Matthew Trettel and Bruce Vassar, two of the nation’s leading authorities on all things weddings, announced today they were nominated for three Esprit Awards by the International Live Events Association (ILEA) on Wednesday, May 1, 2019, these three prestigious nominations are in the categories of Best Public Event, Best Print Marketing/Design Collateral and Best Design/Décor over $75,000.
Recognition was received for UNVEILED – The Ultimate Wedding Planning Event, held twice a year in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

UNVEILED redefined the term ‘Bridal Show’ by transforming the traditional trade show into a retail-inspired shopping experience; connecting wedding businesses to style-conscious wedding planning couples. Setting out to design an environment unlike any other bridal show, The Wedding Guys utilized a key set of design strategies and signature decor elements to turn a vast 100,000 square foot exhibit hall into an experiential event that evoked the feeling of a luxury department store.
UNVEILED also brings couples the Wedding TrendSpot Fashion Show with fashions directly from New York Bridal Fashion Week. Brides are able to preview the latest fashions up close and personal, from famous names and meet emerging designers from around the world.
