The recent ruling that overturned Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo’s limit of 50 guests at wedding receptions in restaurants rankled some venue owners, who noted that larger restaurants that don’t host weddings could still operate with more than 50 people as long as they were at half capacity. Read more here
