From September 15th, Love Stories TV hosts top bridal designers and wedding brands making previously exclusive fashion shows an inclusive online event for everyone

Love Stories TV Inc., the leading video platform for wedding planning and inspiration, has launched bridalfashionmonth.com, a virtual hub to showcase this season’s bridal collections. As the health crisis has caused bridal fashion designers to cancel their regular runway shows and presentations, Love Stories TV is providing a solution that will bring the energy and excitement typically reserved for industry insiders to the global community of engaged couples, wedding professionals, editors, and more.

Love Stories TV’s inaugural Bridal Fashion Month, sponsored by Platinum Guild International, will let people experience the magic and energy of the bridal fashion runway through its lineup of virtual fashion shows and presentations. Beginning September 15th, Bridal Fashion Month will offer one-of-a-kind events to view and shop new collections while interacting directly with the top names in bridal fashion, including Morilee Madeline Gardner, Maggie Sottero, and Jenny Yoo.

Rachel Silver, founder and CEO of Love Stories TV, said, “Pre-COVID, thousands of editors and influencers would come to New York Bridal Fashion Week in October to learn about the latest trends and view new collections from top bridal designers and wedding brands. With physical events and showrooms being postponed or shut down altogether, Love Stories TV has stepped in to help bridal fashion and wedding brands engage with audiences across digital channels. We’ve been blown away by the engagement in our virtual fashion events, in which thousands of participants will spend more than an hour viewing and asking questions about brand presentations. Soonlyweds love hearing from the designers directly about their new collections and being able to ask their questions about customizations, timing, and where to purchase.”

In addition to bridal designer shows, Love Stories TV will also co-host a shopping event with The Wedding Brigade, an online inspiration, shopping, and services portal for Indian weddings, as well as an After The Runway event where a diverse set of editors from publications including World Bride Magazine, Love Inc, and Belle The Magazine will provide their perspectives on this season’s styles focused on Black, Latina, and LGBTQ+ couples.

For the fourth bridal fashion season in a row, Love Stories TV will host Snapchat’s official Bridal Fashion Week Discover story, which will be promoted to millions of viewers and will feature video footage from designers participating in Bridal Fashion Month. Love Stories TV is the top Wedding channel on Snap, with 3.2MM subscribers on the platform.

Madeline Gardner, Designer and Creative Director for Morilee, said, “We’re thrilled to be participating in Bridal Fashion Month from Love Stories TV. Since many of our bridal salons re-opened over the summer months, we’ve seen strong sales from our retailers as brides-to-be are scheduling their appointments with a heightened intent to purchase. Brides are doing much more research online before they shop, which is resulting in a more focused approach to their dress shopping experience. Virtual events like those we’ve hosted with Love Stories TV are educating our shoppers before they visit our retail partners and giving them an exciting front-row experience to our runway shows like never before. Uniquely, Love Stories TV allows us to connect directly with potential customers and fans, giving us new perspectives and visibility as things continue to move forward in a more digital direction.”

Love Stories TV has a massive library of real wedding videos from all over the world. The videos are uploaded by filmmakers and newlyweds and tagged by the uploaders with the wedding pros who worked on the wedding and the brands featured in the films — including bridal dress designers. Access to this trove of high quality, engaging video content, and the accompanying data, has quickly propelled Love Stories TV to be an important partner for bridal fashion designers looking to attract and connect with new audiences and shoppers.

Designers participating in Bridal Fashion Month include: Maggie Sottero, Morilee Madeline Gardner, David’s Bridal, Jenny Yoo, BHLDN, Kwiat Diamonds, The Wedding Brigade, Casablanca Bridal, Anne Barge, and more.

Bridal Fashion Month is also sponsored by Platinum Guild International. Jillian Moynihan, Marketing Director at Platinum Guild International, commented, “A wedding is not complete without timeless platinum jewelry. Platinum jewelry celebrates beauty, strength, authenticity, and longevity – all the same signs of a strong, lifelong relationship. We are excited to sponsor the Inaugural Bridal Fashion Month and support Love Stories TV’s effort to bring bridal fashion, style and access to everyone.”
